Felicia’s background in Electrical Engineering, coupled with an MBA, and a 10-year career in standardizing operations and service and product development, make her the ultimate resource for small business owners wanting to grow and scale their business in a systematic and scalable manner.

She is passionate about results and is also the founder of Mom CEO Academy, an Instructor and Business Advisor at Langara College Self-Employment Program, and a regular speaker, mentor and facilitator at FWE and Women’s Enterprise Center. She is a mom to 2 young daughters.
