Natacha Beim’s Top 3 Tips for Mom Entrepreneurs

1. Find your balance.

No matter how hard things get or how busy you are work, it’s essential you find the balance from your family and work – right from the start. It’s hard but it’s a puzzle and you really need to sit down and solve that puzzle first. It’ll help you be proud of your progress because you’re not letting anyone down.

2. Realize you cannot do everything.

Hire accordingly. Realize what other things people can do for you so you can prioritize appropriately. Let go of some things. Focus on getting things done rather than perfection. Delegate accordingly. Take advantage of the passion that your staff have in doing what they do in their particular area of expertise.

3. Go away on a retreat by yourself.

Natacha consistently goes away annually by herself for two or three days to evaluate the past year and set goals for the upcoming year. Write down what your steps are for the next year.
