  • It’s not about getting your staff to do it exactly your way, but more about hiring the right people to start with.
  • Important to hire staff that gets the culture and understand the standards around customer service.
  • Give them autonomy to make the decisions that need to be made to resolve whatever issues that the customer has.
  • Get the right people on the bus and set high standards.
