About Jesse Pilkington
A retail veteran with over 15 years’ experience in management, operations and leadership, Jesse has hired, trained, coached and led thousands of amazing people.
Starting at Starbucks in the 1990s, Jesse then helped Indigo Books build their brand when it first launched in Toronto. Jesse later left to pursue his passion for cycling. Winning Toronto’s best indoor cycling studio, Epic Cycling offered clinics, Spinning, workshops and a competitive amateur cycling team to performance cyclists. Now back at Starbucks leading 10 stores on Vancouver’s North Shore, Jesse’s district is consistently in the top 10 in customer service in Western Canada.
