About

We’re not just any other web site, blog or networking community. Here are just a few things that make us unique:

We’re hyper-local. We recognize that entrepreneurs in different communities need different things and cater our content and services to meet those needs. Vancouver’s needs aren’t just different from Toronto’s; they’re different from nearby cities like Victoria.

We’re between the “lines”. We bridge the interactions between online and offline. We reach women over social media, webinars and monthly conference calls to keep the conversation going beyond face-to-face encounters.

We’re all in one place. Because we provide news to local mom entrepreneurs, we are not competitive with other networking groups in your local markets. We aim to publish all news, stories, workshops and events that local mom entrepreneurs should know about.

We know you’re a mom. Many of our readers chose to be an entrepreneur as an alternative to a full-time career. They prefer flexibility in running their business esand we know that there are certain times of the day (after school pick up, anyone?) when events just won’t work for moms.

Serving locally. Connecting globally. Although these moms might be from local communities, our readers can also benefit through our overall network of moms in other communities as we launch other sites across Canada and beyond.

We do all of this in a fun, approachable way so that each and every mom entrepreneur has the opportunity to grow their business – no matter where she’s from or what stage her business is at.
