For our first App pick, we’re focusing on health. As a busy mom, it’s hard enough to incorporate our daily responsibilities into our schedule: work, spending time with the kids, driving the kids to different activities, keeping up with housework and organizing everyone’s schedules, to name a few. Since we’re so busy, we tend to let our health fall by the wayside. Make it a New Year’s Resolution to focus on including exercise in your daily routine. And we have the perfect App to help with that:
Being a busy mom of three who also is running a business, the Seven Minute Workout is the only way that I’ve been able to consistently squeeze in a workout. I tell myself each day “Hey, it’s just seven minutes – certainly I have seven minutes to spend on this” and manage to get it done most days.
